TMA is a vertically integrated textile manufacturing company. I am responsible for the Customer Relationship Management application for the turf businesses as well as platform selection, design and implementation of numerous web and other software strategies for twenty-two subsidiary companies.
- Design, development, and implementation of Target-2011, a turf-industry specific CRM for use by AstroTurf®, Crystal Products, and SYNLawn® business units.
- Earned “outstanding” ratings on annual review. Recognized for high-quality work, organizational strengths, and maintaining projects within budgets and delivery times.
- Assisted the Information Technology Director with the successful implementation of policy and change management procedures, new data center facilities planning, deployment of ITIL Service Operation Event, Incident, Problem Management, as well as Request Fulfillment utilizing the SysAid management platform.
- Implemented Asterisk®, a Linux-based enterprise software-based PBX, with IVR, ACD queues, incoming and outgoing call routes (dial plans) for various corporate initiatives including service desk management and call tracking.
- Demonstrated the ability to learn organizational processes, workflows, policies and procedures with minimal ramp up time.

INTERNET INDUSTRY STUDIES – BUFORD, GA USA

IIS was a consultative practice where I was responsible for managing and implementation on numerous IT consultative projects involving software development and facilities and resource planning.
- Retained by senior management of SecureWorks (now Dell SecureWorks), an Atlanta-based computer and network security firm to analyze the data center facilities, personnel, and software for long-term viability and make recommendations.
- Design, development, and implementation of Breathe Right software. This system received pulse-ox information from client sleep studies and provided practitioners with clear statistical charting of these studies to pre-determine if clients would qualify for Medicare coverage of oxygen supplies.
- Developed software for Collective Media in New York to manage numerous servers around the globe used to collect electronic media advertising metrics. This system provided a centralized command and control mechanism for all servers over the Internet.
XILOGIX – ATLANTA, GA USA

Xilogix is a dedicated hosting and data center services company. I was responsible for for all aspects of the organization from sales through service delivery.
- Built the business from the ground up and negotiated for the acquisition of the Atlanta data center from another Internet Service Provider (ISP) in December 2006.
- Implemented Asterisk® PBX telephone system for business use within the organization.
- Refined the dedicated hosting models I had practiced at previous organizations.
- Created Posthaste® a software deployment system for Linux and FreeBSD that would install the Operating System and desired software packages for clients on the servers maintained in the data center over the Internet utilizing kickstart and other technologies for remote management.
GLOBIX (NASDAQ:GBIX) – NEW YORK, NY USA

Globix was an Internet Service Provider with operations in Atlanta, New York, Santa Clara, and London. I was initially responsible for the Dedicated Hosting division. Later I was chosen to lead the product management team to define new products and provide end-of-life planning to out dated products.
- Within the first 11 months I was able to select a team and build a Dedicated Hosting Division from a mear $260,000 in annualized revenue to over $7 million and accounting for over 25% of all new business within this $100 million organization.
COMSTAR (NASDAQ:CSTX) – ATLANTA, GA USA
FOUNDER & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Comstar.net was an Internet Service Provider with operations in Atlanta and Washington, D.C. As founder I was the driving force on the business plan development and all fundraising. Responsible for the startup, sales and marketing, and service delivery. At the time of the public offering, the Company was 51 employees and over $6 million in annualized revenue.
- Raised over $5 million in capital investments and lead the company to an Initial Public Offering in November 1999.
- Completed six successful and financially beneficial acquisitions.
- Successfully completed the sale of the organization to Globix (NASDAQ:GBIX) in September 2000.
MINDSPRING ENTERPRISES (NASDAQ:MSPG) – ATLANTA, GA USA

Mindspring Enterprises was an Internet Service Provider that merged with EarthLink in 1999. I was responsible for the initial buildout of Mindspring’s dial-up network from Atlanta and West Point, Georgia to thirty two additional cities in mid-1996.
- Managed the signle largest capital expense budget within the organization exceeding $7 million in 1995 while meeting or exceeding our agressive build out requirements during that year.
